Bertolli wanted to elevate their frozen meals into something a bit more authentically Italian.

The idea for “Mangia!” came from direct experience — my 97-year-old Italian grandmother’s favorite catchphrase at the dinner table. This was a hard sell to this midwestern, risk-averse client, but Nonna was proud to learn they bought it. Cin cin!
