Helpful on the radio.
Our Random Acts of Helpfulness are all over the radio, too. In this format, we call up and surprise people who submitted an online request for help. The radio commercials capture the recipients’ real, wonderful reactions and show all the great ways we’re being helpful in the community.
Helping sports fans.
Our close partnerships with several sports teams (Dodgers, Rams, Angels, UCLA, USC, Texas Rangers, San Diego Padres, and more) allow us to not only blanket the stadium with print and digital touchpoints, but also offer unique gameday experiences. These sports-themed Random Acts of Helpfulness are filmed and live on as social content, promoted by Honda and the teams themselves.
Helping appreciate teachers.
It’s hard to find people more deserving of help than local teachers. Every year, we celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week by asking people to nominate teachers they know for some help, and going to surprise them with all kinds of helpful supplies.
Helpful on Social Media
Social media is a huge component of our campaign. Our Helpful Honda street teamers are always out helping in the community—Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter are where our hundreds of thousands of fans can find out where to find us next.
